The Union and the company met today for further discussions regarding a Special Voluntary Severance Package. The company rejected our proposal and presented us with their counter offer. We had many questions about the company proposal and will continue to evaluate and prepare a counter offer. We are scheduled to meet with the company next Monday September 23rd and again on Wednesday September 25th. We remain committed to achieve an agreement that benefits all of our members.
