The Orange Bargaining Committee continues bargaining with AT&T. Over the last few weeks there has been little progress made. AT&T continues to post reports about how much they value you as employees. It would be great if their proposals reflected that value. AT&T has continued to propose benefits packages that would quickly cut into any raises they are offering. The Union has proposed multiple ways to fix issues that are most important to you and AT&T wastes no time in rejecting our proposals.

The Orange bargaining team will continue to fight as long as it takes. We are stronger at the bargaining table because of your mobilization and support. Keep up the fight and stay in touch with your mobilizers. We have signed a two-week extension to continue bargaining toward reaching the Agreement that you deserve from the company that you built and made successful. The new expiration date for the contract is April 17th. It’s truly March Madness in April when they continue to refuse to pay us what they owe us. It’s time to increase the pressure on AT&T to do the right thing.

Stay mobilized! Stay angry!
