I wanted to take a moment to recognize our sisters and brothers for customer service week. The jobs you do are vital to the success of the business. The customers you care for are generally unhappy with the company, and the skills and patience our member use to keep these customers happy is unparalleled. The dedication and commitment to help and save those customers from leaving the company does not go unnoticed. I also want to recognize the work our support teams do in an effort to help our technicians provide service to our customers. There are so many issues in the field providing service to our customers and it's the teamwork of the field technicians and our inside teams that help get the job done on a daily basis. All of your work is extremely appreciated because it is very important to the success of our company which is a critical component of our jobs in Connecticut. I ask every member to take a minute and appreciate the work our members perform.
