AT&T has informed the union that they will begin with a new Tuition Aid vendor  Edcor Data Services (Edcor)  effective February 1, 2014.  There will be a blackout period in which applications or documentation submitted will not be accepted between January 1, 2014 and January 31, 2014.  This will be to allow the current vendor Acclaris to process all remaining requests in queue and provide Edcor with a full history of Tuition Assistance Requests. Documentation and/or application claims prepaid or reimbursement received on or before December 31, 2013 will be administered by Acclaris. Documents and applications submitted to Acclaris between January 1, 2014 and January 31, 2014 will not be worked.  All documents and applications will need to be submitted to Edcor after the blackout period ending January 31, 2014.  Where supervisor approval is required, applications must be approved prior to end of year vacation. If the 60-day timeframe for course completion documentation ends during the black out period, January 1 – January 31, 2014, applicable employees will be provided a 30-day extension. Timelines for next year:  1/1/2014 – 1/31/2014 - Blackout period (no applications or documentation accepted) 2/1/2014   – Edcor assumes administration of AT&T educational tuition assistance benefits services. 2/1/2014   – OneStop website updated with additional resources.
